DISSEMINATION & COMMUNICATION CORNER, WHAT’S THAT?

As strongly advised by national and international funding agencies, a solid dissemination and communication plan as part of your projects is the key strategy that amplifies the impact of your research.

We, at WEBforSCIENCE, have conceived the DISSEMINATION & COMMUNICATION corner (D&C corner) as a hot-spot where you can expose flyers, brochures, posters, abstract graphics and videos telling about the on-going projects in your lab, your research group, your scientific interests, etc.

D&C corners will be proposed by WEBforSCIENCE to the organization committee of different scientific congresses; while expanding the interest towards these events, D&C corners will help in establishing new collaborations or reinforce existing ones.

  • How to join the D&C corner (WORK IN PROGRESS)

    Videos and printed material will be exposed at the D&C corner in highly visible positions.

    To participate at the D&C corner you’re kindly asked to register using the form below.

    The material has to be delivered to WEBforSCIENCE at least 7 days before the event; if preferred, you might bring your material directly at the congress location.

    We recommend to send us at least 200 pcs of each printed material, this will be distributed singularly during the event or included within a D&C kit. In case of surplus, and if required, the material will be exposed at a next D&C corner.

        A5 format (14.8x21cm)
        A6 format (10.5×14.8cm)
        DL format (9.9×21.0cm)
